Today in the shower I noticed it happening for the first time...
...my hair falling out :(
I know it's normal and to be expected, I just didn't think this soon. Luckily they said at all my pre-op meetings that it's normal and will stop eventually. Otherwise I'd be flipping the hell out right now. My poor hairs :(
This is my vitamin routine, if anyone has any suggestions?
B12 shot / 1x per month
Morning: Calcium x 600 mg, Multivitamin
Afternoon: Calcium x 600 mg
Night: Iron x 40mg
Am I missing anything?

How much protein are you getting per day? 70g or more? I think thats one of the main causes of the initial hairloss. As for vitamins, I haven't had any labs yet, but I'm taking Celebrate multi-vitamins, calcium 1000mg, vitamin D 1600mg, b-12 1000mg and iron with C.
hmm i am taking everything you are, except the vitamin d. i will talk to my surgeon about adding it.
as for the protein, i'm probably only hitting around 50g / day. i should drink another shake (35g) and see if i feel better...
