Usually, I drink one Worldwide Protein shake per day. It has less than 5 grams of carbs / sugars, and a whopping 35g of protein in each shake. My nutritionist says our shakes must account for 30-40g of protein per day, so my shakes sit comfortably in that range.
Well, at Publix, I decided to go on a limb and try the "Atkins Advantage Mocha Coffee" protein shake. It has 5g of carbs, 1g of sugar, and 15g of protein. I decided I'd treat myself to one package of four, and drink two shakes per day instead of one (thus giving me the 30g requirement).
I have *no clue* what is in it that makes me feel sick. I'm thinking maybe the protein base is more heavily milk-based. But my oh my have I had some *gross* bathroom time since drinking one today. Not vomiting, kind of the other end of the spectrum if you know what I mean.
So I reiterate: Don't buy these if you dump from milk!

Breyers Carb Smart Chocolate AND Big Train Iced Mocha produced the same result. Evidently, I bet they all have a similar ingredient, and probably has to do with a chocolate flavoring, the sweetener or maybe a combo of both... heal that tummy up girl!
