EJ cooked an amazing meal last night, and I didn't throw up!
He made meatballs out of ground lamb. I was hesitant, but they were delicious. He put an egg inside for consistency instead of breadcrumbs, and fresh herbs from the garden! (Which you can see in the pic!). I had it with some radishes and dribbled with low-carb ranch.
YUM!

Way to go EJ!!! What a sweetie :) I have to say that meatballs are definately one of my standard meals now but I'll have to try lamb. I'm lazy and addicted to Trader's Joes Turkey Meatballs. Someday I'm gonna find a guy who cooks for me! LOL
Congrats on the lack of puking!
Hey, now that sounds and looks good! Can you call us next time and we could come over for dinner? Or you could freeze it, put it on dry ice and ship it to Tennessee, and Miss Mary Mac, where are you from?
it was delicious and simple! i'd never cooked lamb before, although eaten it many times on my trips to England + when going out to dinner at Indian restaurants.. included in the herbs were fresh basil & also some dried yellow curry powder, a pinch of onion powder + some Marsala spice.. when D. can eat fruit, i look forward to throwing some green apple in there & i bought some mint for my next lamb adventure!!
