A few people are curious about what I've been eating/drinking since I got released from the hospital. This is basically how it's gone down.
- Water: sipped throughout the day. I usually can handle about 2 big red Dixie cups worth in a day.
- Mealtime: 1/8 cup of chicken broth, peppered to taste, warmed in the microwave. Yum.
- Protein shakes: I need to consume a goal of 35-45 grams of protein from drinks alone, in 1 day.
So far, my favorite brand is "Worldwide Pure Protein". I've had the chocolate, vanilla, cookies n creme and I have a banana in the fridge.
I particularly like these drinks because there are 35g of protein (my daily goal) in just one can, also there are between 2-4g carbs so my chance of dumping is low.

I will have some photos from the hospital later. I'm doing well today, still just sore. Slow and steady. I feel like someone kicked the crap out of my stomach over and over...the gassiness and pouch feelings are hard to differentiate and I'm working on knowing when my pouch is full.

wow... your diet is so freaking intense. again, i think i'd cry. you are like the biggest rock star of all time.
as for how I'm doing... yeah, feeling like shit. about life, myself, my mistakes, my past, just plain everything. stuck in a rut. blah. but at least i can eat food... i don't know how you're holding up. damn. <3 u. keep rockin'... i'm so ridiculously impressed by you right now.
